Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning & Rub:  Our seafood seasoning, made with 14 different herbs and spices, can be used with all types of seafood. Use in seafood sauces or sprinkle on your favorite fish or shellfish prior to cooking. Use on shrimp, mussels, abalone, salmon, swordfish, halibut, or oysters. Mix with olive oil & lemon to create a marinade.

Oh my gosh, this is absolutely wonderful. I tried it on orange roughy fillets and pan fried (more like poached as fish was semi frozen) with only this seasoning and nothing else. Absolutely delicious and it even brought out  the light flavor of the fish. Great complimentary seasoning!
