Lemon-Grilled Salmon Steaks For use with Mediterranean Seafood Recipe: 2 lbs of salmon filets cut into 4 pieces Juice of one lemon 1/4 cup butter, diced 1 tablespoon Aromatica Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning Sprigs of fresh parsley, or dill to garnish Pepper Preheat the grill pan over high heat. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, seasoning, dot with butter, pepper. Place the salmon on the hot grill pan, skin side down. Cook for ten minutes, turning once when the first side is brown and crusty. The exact cooking time will vary, depending upon thickness of the fillet. Two minutes before the fish is done, pinch seafood seasoning over the fish. When it is ready the fish should be firm and flake easily with a fork. Transfer the fish to a serving dish and serve with sprigs of fresh dill or parsley, arranged around the fish to garnish. |
