Herbes De Provence:  Our Herbes de Provence is an aromatic blend of herbs from the south of France. Sprinkle over whole tomatoes after rubbing with olive oil, and bake until soft. Rub over chicken or kabobs prior to broiling or roasting. Rub olive oil over beef or lamb, season with salt and pepper, then press Herbes de Provence into the meat. Sear on both sides, then remove & finish roasting at 300°F until cooked.

Ingredients:  Organic Herbs (Including Thyme, Lavender, Tarragon), Organic Fennel Seeds

I tried this on salmon tonight for dinner with just a bit of olive oil and salt, and it was delicious! It was flavorful but not overpowering. I would definitely recommend it.

The tin was also very nice looking- definitely something I could give as a gift (or just buy for myself and leave it out on the counter for guests to see- haha).
