Great King Salmon Seasoning = delicious! |

The Great King Salmon Seasoning is absolutely delicious & so versatile! I just cooked w/ it for the 1st time for my salmon dinner. It was so yummy that I ate it for breakfast & dinner the next day! Can't wait to try it on other fish, seafood & poultry.
Here is how I prepared 1 lb. of salmon fillets: Mix 1/3 c grapeseed or olive oil, 1/4 c lemon juice, 2 tsp crushed garlic. Coat salmon fillets with it in a shallow dish. Sprinkle GKSS over salmon until its covered with a thin layer. Sprinkle 1 tsp dill weed over salmon & drizzle honey over it. Marinate salmon for a few hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 mins. Dot salmon with butter & bake for another 5 minutes or until it flakes with a fork.
Delicious! I loved it so much that I had salmon with breakfast & for dinner again the next day. Can't wait to try it on other fish, seafood & poultry.
